A 16,000 sq. ft. airplane hanger severely damaged in a fire, prompted a full investigation of the building’s design, construction and materials. Extensive analysis of the Ontario and National Build Code, as well as research into the application and protection of spray foam polyrethane insulation, provided supporting technical knowledge to the client.
