During the construction of a new addition to this Hospital, rainwater penetrated a temporary roof barrier, damaging the existing interior below. All related architectural and structural drawings, specifications, photographs and shop drawings were diligently reviewed and analyzed. Our findings were valuable in owner-to-contractor negotiations and instrumental in resolving the dispute.
