Embury is an Aluminium Manufacturing company specializing in the development and production of aluminium building systems. A newly acquired warehouse and office space with an area of 55,900 square feet required alterations and additions. Upgrade and enlargement of the Mezzanine to include kitchen and office functions with support space and washrooms below. Significant upgrading of vertical and horizontal fire separations, egress and exiting to suit code requirements. Interior design of the front office including space planning, reception, offices, library, meeting rooms, data closets and ancillary support spaces.
